This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.327 of 2013 dated 17.07.2013 and to file final report within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the 2nd respondent registered a case in crime No.327 of 2013 and after due investigation, the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 17.07.2013 itself and hence, the prayer now sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
