ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to instruct the second respondent police to give necessary police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner as well as the petitioner's possession of S.Nos.199/4 and 199/5 situated at Palanganatham, Maruthupandiyan Nagar in the light of Civil Suit judgment and decree in O.S.No.649/2011, dated 27.11.2024 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif Court at Madurai, considering the petitioner's representation, dated 14.09.2024 and 18.09.2024.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.905 of 2024 came to be registered and after enquiry the same was ordered to be closed; that subsequently, the petitioner has given another 2/4

complaint and enquiry was conducted in current paper and at the time of enquiry, both the petitioner and the private respondents would submit that they will take necessary steps to survey the property and on that basis, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3. Recording the same, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. The parties are at liberty to take appropriate proceeding in the manner known to law.
