The learned counsel for the respondents had earlier submitted on 17.11.2023 that the suit was dismissed on 24.03.2002 itself and nothing survives for consideration in the Civil Revision Petition. Though the learned counsel for the petitioner sought time to verify the same, today he represents that he has been unable to contact his client and would leave it to the Court for suitable orders.
