O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner in respect of a complaint allegedly filed by the respondent No.4. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there were business transactions between the petitioner and the respondent Nos.3 and 4, during the course of which certain cheques were given and in order to get over to the said liability, a false case has been foisted and the police have been harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent No.4, who is the wife of respondent No.3, has filed a complaint stating that the petitioner has forcibly entered into the business premises, took away the materials, worth about Rs.10 lakhs and the same is registered as CSR.No.484 of 2023 and the enquiry is pending. In respect of said enquiry only, the petitioner was called and that the respondent police have never harassed the petitioner. 2/4

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in CSR.No.484 of 2023 and dispose of the same as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order by following the procedure scrupulously established under law.
