ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the petitioner's properties comprised in Survey Nos. 12/5A and 12/5C situated in Puthambur Revenue Village, Karur Taluk and District, by considering his representation dated 02.07.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.K.Arunraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the third respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the fourth respondent, notice to the fourth respondent is
dispensed with.
3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
4.According to the petitioner, he claims right over the property situated in Survey No.12/5A under a sale deed executed by his mother, Ramayee, dated 05.02.1998. As far as the property in Survey No.12/5C is concerned, the petitioner claims right as one of the legal heirs of his mother, Ramayee along with his brother. The patta for the property situated in Survey No.12/5A stands in the name of the petitioner and the patta for the property situated in Survey No.12/5C stands in the names of the petitioner and his brother, Shanmugam. The petitioner submitted two applications on 23.06.2025 and 01.07.2025, in Application Nos. 2025/0123/14/004623 and 2025/0123/14/004738, seeking survey of the subject properties. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the applications submitted by the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online applications of the petitioner dated 23.06.2025 and 01.07.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, his brother, Shanmugam, fourth respondent, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
