ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to transfer the investigation in Crime No.276 of 2018 dated 03.09.2018 on the file of the fourth respondent herein to CBCID or any other effective independent investigation agency and investigate the same to file final report within a stipulated time on the basis of representation dated 17.09.2018.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.20811 of 2018 has completed the investigation in crime No.276 of 2018 and they are about to file a final report.

3.In view of the above submission, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be considered. However, the fourth respondent is directed to complete the investigation in crime No.276 of 2018 and file a final report, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
