ORDER : These Criminal Original petitions coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.CHANDRA SEKARAN.M Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MR.R.BASKARAN, Additional Advocate General assisted by Mr.R.M.ANBUNITHI, Additional Public Prosecutor (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent in all the petitions, the Court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.10399 of 2024 dated 04.06.2024, Crl.M.P.No.1963 of 2024 dated 29.07.2024 and Crl.M.P.No.1013 of 2024 dated 24.07.2024 respectively.
2. Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner and only considering the fact that already by an earlier order dated, 19.10.2024, the petitioner is required to sign before the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, daily, the condition imposed on the petitioner in all the present cases are modified to the effect that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of 2/4
Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Vepery, Chennai, daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner is facing cases in different places such as Madurai, Coimbatore etc., therefore, on the date of hearing of the cases, he need not sign before the Cyber Crime Police and he has to attend the respective cases without fail and the Court concerned need not adjourn the cases.
