(MD).No.14597 of 2022.

This Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the Learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases Under SC/ST(POA)Act,(PCR Court), Ramanathapuram to consider the bail application of the Petitioner in connection with the FIR in Cr.No.166 of 2022 on the file of the second respondent police on the very same date of the surrender of the petitioner and to enlarge the petitioner on bail on the very same day itself by allowing the petitioner's bail application. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M.S. Jeyakarthick, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. R. Suresh Kumar, Government Advocate for the respondents 1 & 2, this Court made the following order: "The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that a petition in Crl.M.P(MD)No.10859 of 2022 has been filed by the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD). No.13572 of 2022 petitioner herein, seeking extension of time and the same was granted. Unfortunately, he received the copy on 11.10.2022. By that time, there was Diwali intervening holidays. Therefore, the time was lapsed. Hence, this petition has been filed seeking further extension of time to comply with order of this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate has no objection in granting the relief sought for.

3.In the light of the above, further time of two weeks is granted, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to surrender before the Court concerned."
