Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.J.WILLIAM CHRISTOPHER, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.S.RAVI, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (Order of the court was delivered by G.R.Swaminathan, J.) Heard both sides.

2.The petitioners' sentence was suspended vide order dated 07.12.2023. They were directed to stay at Tiruppur and report before the Inspector of Police, Tiruppur Town Police daily at 10.30 am. The learned counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for the last 86 days. 3.We are satisfied that the said condition can be relaxed. It is accordingly relaxed.
