Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to suspend the sentence imposed upon the petitioner by the learned Sessions Judge(Mahila Court) Trichy in S.C. NO.17 of 2018 dated 13.12.2021 pending disposal of the criminal appeal.

2. Perusal of record shows that earlier application was dismissed on 22.06.2022 and thereafter the second petition has been filed on 03.11.2022 and the same is pending since then. The petitioner has not shown any interest so far, inview of the same, the petition stands dismissed.
