ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for seeking a direction to the 3rd respondent to dispose the petitioner's protest petition dated 22.10.2018, relating with registration of deed of conveyance of the lands in S.No.151/4A1, 151/4B1, 151/9A2, 151/9A3, 194/2, 201/1, 177/1 and 177/7 in Merpanaikadu village, in Aranthangi Taluk in Pudukottai District, in the light of a circular dated 04.10.2018, issued by the 1st respondent, r/w Section 34 of the Indian Registration Act and Rule 55 of its Rules.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader for the official respondents would submit that the protest petition of the petitioner was returned as it was under stamped. It is submitted that if the same is represented after affixing the required stamp, the same will be considered and disposed on merits.
