ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition is coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time " and upon perusing earlier order of this Court dated 14.12.2022 and the the requisition letter submitted by the Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram in D.No.665 dated 9.10.2023 through the Principal District Judge, Ramanathapuram in D.No.A1/8665/2023, dated 11.10.2023 seeking further extension of three months time to dispose the case in O.S.No.105 of 2016 on the file of the Sub Court, Ramanathapuram, this Court made the following order:- 1/3
This matter is listed today under the caption for 'extension of time'.
2. It is seen from the records that this Court vide order, dated 14.12.2022, directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, to dispose the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2016, within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of that order. The learned Subordinate Judge, has submitted a requisition, dated 11.10.2023 through the learned Principal District Judge, stating that the case is now pending for defendant side evidence and seeks further three months time.
3. Considering the reasons assigned, this Court is inclined to grant three months time to dispose of the suit.
4. Accordingly, the learned Subordinate Judge, Ramanathapuram, is hereby directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.105 of 2016, within a period of three months from today.
