ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/A2, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 296(b), 109, 115(2), 351(3) and 54 of BNS, 2023 in Crime No.407 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity with regard to the temple festival, the petitioner and other accused attacked the defacto complainant with sickle and also abused him in filthy language. 3.Heard. Perused the materials available on record including the First Information Report.

4.Considering the fact that the petitioner has got 10 previous cases, I am of the view that this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
