Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider petitioner's application No.2025/103/006308 dated 03.01.2025 to conduct survey under supervision of first respondent and demarcate the boundaries in S. No.30/4A2 and 30/6A2 situated a Potulpatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District, based on the petitioner's application within the time stipulated by this Court. ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the second respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 03.01.2025, seeking survey of the property situated in Survey Nos.30/4A2 and 30/6A2, Potulpatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.M.Kathiravan Ilamurugu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and

Mr.M.Vaikkam Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the fourth respondent. Since no adverse order is passed against the respondents 5 and 6, notice to them is dispensed with. 3.By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4.According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to him and the patta for the subject property stands in the name of the petitioner in Patta No.648. He submitted an application on 03.01.2025, seeking survey of the subject property. The same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court. 5.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the petitioner has not filed any online application and hence, his request has not been considered. 6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the petitioner is directed to produce the

acknowledgment for having submitted an online application seeking survey of the subject property before the second respondent within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On production of acknowledgment, the second respondent shall consider the online application of the petitioner and pass final orders on its own merits within a further period of twelve weeks, after issuing notice to the petitioner, respondents 5 and 6, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
