[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 20.08.2018, within a time stipulated by this Court, and directing the third respondent to allot a post of Village Panchayat President, T.Pulliyankulam Village, Panchayat, as General Category, based on the Census of year 2011 published by the fourth respondent.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side made a submission that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
