The instant writ petition has been filed by a Salesmen working in the Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation Limited(TASMAC), challenging an order of his transfer from Shop No.8631 to Shop No.8613. 2.However, according to the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner has now been accommodated in a different Shop in Bodinayakanur and the petitioner is not pressing the writ petition. 3.Recording the same, this writ petition stands closed.
