Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 herein to recommend for cancelling the order passed by the fourth respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/3792/2023, dated 28.08.2023 and thereby allocate the burial ground situated in Government poramboke land in Survey No.344/7 to the petitioner's village Nadar community members based on his detailed representation dated 07.09.2023 made to the respondents 1 to 3 and 5, within a time stipulated by this Court.

[Order of the Court was made by S.S.SUNDAR, J.] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he has also filed an application for amendment of the prayer.
2. The petitioner challenges the proceedings of the Peace Committee Meeting, without even impleading the other group, which is also to be heard before passing any order. When it was pointed out to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, he sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh after impleading the proper and necessary parties and amending the prayer and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
3. In view of the endorsement so made, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. [S.S.S.R., J.] [D.B.C., J.] 25.09.2023 NCC :
