ORDER

This Petition has been filed by the defacto Complainant seeking direction against the Respondent/Investigation Officer to complete the investigation in Crime No.108 of 2022 within the specified time and file the final report before the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate concerned. 1/4

2.There is no representation on behalf of the Petitioner, when the matter was taken up for hearing today.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the Respondent/Investigation Officer submitted that it is a case of forgery and the document verification is pending before the Sub Registrar concerned. Hence, the Investigation Officer seeks further period of six months to complete the investigation and file the final report. 4.The submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), is recorded. The Investigation Officer is directed to proceed with the process of investigation and file the final report within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as undertaken by him/her.

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
