ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, based on the representation dated 03.10.2024. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the fourth respondent earlier preferred a complaint before the Alanganallur Police Station and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed, that subsequently, the fourth respondent has again preferred a compliant before the third respondent and that the third respondent has been harassing the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that since the earlier compliant given by the fourth respondent was closed, the third respondent has decided to close the present complaint also.

4.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
