Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner wrote the written test for the petition mentioned post. However, he did not upload the necessary certificates. Therefore, he was not called for second stage of the selection process. The second stage of the selection process also got over on 01.11.2022. It is relevant to note here that the writ petitioner knew that he was not going to be called for the second stage of the selection process as early as on 12.10.2022. Therefore, It is not possible for this Court to entertain the writ petition at this stage. 3.The writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. 07.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No ias 2/4
