This petition is filed to direct the to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and not to interfere in the civil dispute.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The same is recorded.
3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the third respondent shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
