Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MANOJ KUMAR S, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19109 of 2022, dated 28.10.2022. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent police.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.19109 of 2022 dated 28.10.2022 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of Police, Peruambur Police Station, Mayiladuthurai District daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
