(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the impugned notice dated 24.09.2022, issued by the respondent, under Section 13(2) of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets & Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2.

Heard Mr.M.Jerin Mathew, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Pandivel, learned Standing Counsel, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the time of admission itself. 3.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to submit necessary objections to the demand notice.

Recording the above submissions, the Writ Petition is closed, granting liberty as prayed for. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
