ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent not to interfere in the civil dispute and not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry, based on the petitioner's representation dated 01.10.2024.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 and 2 would submit that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged by him and there is a temple dispute in respect of conducting Festival for a particular period and already the said period was over. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. The representation of the petitioner is dated 27.09.2024, but the prayer is in respect of representation dated 01.10.2024 and there is no any such representation enclosed with this petition. However, the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and the respondent has also denied the alleged allegations.
