The petitioner has submitted an application to conduct a survey for the land in TS.No.51 on 27.08.2024 and has approached this Court that the respondents have not considered his application. 2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 and 4 submits that based on the application of the petitioner, they have proposed to conduct the survey on 17.10.2024.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is disposed of. It is needless to state that the petitioner and other adjacent land owners shall be given notice in advance, their objections if any shall be considered and a decision shall be taken in accordance with law.
