ORDER
The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to transfer the investigation in Crime No.352 of 2024 on the file of the second respondent and entrust the same to the file of the third respondent.
2. It is evident from the records that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.352 of 2024 on 16.09.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 331(4) and 305(a) of BNS.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after registering the FIR, they have taken some finger prints in the occurrence spot; that the petitioner has named some suspected accused; that they have also taken finger prints from the suspected persons and sent the same for expert opinion and are awaiting for report.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they are having CCTV footages.

Recording the same, the petitioner is directed to produce the CCTV footage to the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the investigation and the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Oomachikulam Division, Madurai, is directed to monitor the investigation.
6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
