WMP(MD). No.19862 of 2022 (Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) "This petition has been filed to grant one month time to pay the instalments, as per the order of this Court, dated 25.08.2022 made in W.P(MD)No.19114 of 2022.
2. As agreed by both the learned counsel, the second and third instalments, shall be paid on or before 31.12.2022, failing which, it is open to the respondent Bank to proceed further in the manner known to law.
3. Accordingly, this Petition is ordered."
