O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner basing on the complaint allegedly given by the respondent No.3. 2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is running a Wind Farm and he has got a business transaction with the respondent No.3 and the respondent No.3 in respect of said business transaction has filed a complaint, on which the respondent police have been harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned counsel for the respondent No.3 submits that the respondent No.3 has filed a complaint against the petitioner and the petitioner has not been cooperating with the police for enquiry.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the complaint given by the respondent No.3 is registered as CSR.No.659 of 2023 and an enquiry was conducted and later, it was closed on 25.09.2023. 2/4

5.Once the enquiry has already been completed on the complaint given by the respondent No.3 and the same was closed, no further directions can be given in this case.
