ORDER
The writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to conduct survey of the property situated in Natham Survey No. 347/62, Navinipatty Village, Melur Taluk, Madurai District, by considering the petitioner's online application dated 05.08.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of Mr.N.Mohamed Ayyadurai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.S.Nedunchezian, learned
Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.
3.According to the petitioner, the subject property belongs to him and the Natham Patta for the subject property stands in his name in Patta No.522. He submitted an online application on 05.08.2025 in Application No. 2025/N123/24/011511, seeking survey of the property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.
4.The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the second respondent is directed to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 05.08.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits within a period of eight weeks from the date of
receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
