Respondent/Complainant PRAYER :- This petition is filed under Section 439(i)(b) Cr.P.C., to Modify the fourth condition of appearing before the Respondent police daily at 10.00 am in Crl.M.P.No.5467/22 vide order dated 19.10.2222 passed by the learned Special Court Mines and Mineral(9D and R) Act 1957 Madurai.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the fourth condition of appearing before the Respondent police daily at 10.00 am in Crl.M.P.No.5467/22, vide order dt 19.10.22 passed by the learned Special Court Mines and Minerals (D and R), Act 1957, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.iv imposed vide order dated, 19.10.2022 made in Crl.M.P.No.5467 of 22, passed by the learned Special Court Mines and Minerals (D and R), Act 1957, Madurai is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.19646 of 2022 Madurai daily at 10.00 am continuously for a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
