This petition has been filed to transfer the case registered in FIR No.10 of 2019 by the first respondent to the file of the third respondent for proper investigation.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that on the complaint lodged by the petitioner the case has been registered in Crime No.10 of 2019 for the offence under Section 174 Cr.P.C. alleging that while the son of the petitioner was taking selfie in the railway track in a drunken mood, he fell in the railway track and crushed by the train. After completion of investigation the case has been closed as 'Action Dropped' by the first respondent. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise.
