This application is filed seeking to extend the time to appear and furnish sureties before the concerned Magistrate in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.9325 of 2025 in Crl.OP (MD)No.9521 of 2025 dated 17.07.2025.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 11.09.2025 on payment of cost of Rs.3000/- (Rupees Three Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority attached to this Bench.
