Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.ANTO PRINCE.G, Advocate for the petitioners and of MR.S.MANIKANDAN, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the 1st Respondent, the court made the following order:- 1/3

This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5967 of 2022 dated 07.03.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the first and second petitioners have complied the conditions. Since the 3rd petitioner was pregnant and was in critical health condition, she unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he seeks time to produce the sureties. 3.In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5967 of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
