PRAYER :- For Bail in Crime No. 327/2022 on the file of the Respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 & A3, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.10.2022 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 323, 324 and 307 IPC r/w Section 4 of Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act in Crime No.327 of 2022, seek bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 10.10.2022, there was a wordy quarrel between the parties regarding the rash and negligent driving of the two wheeler by the grand son of the de-facto complainant, over which, the petitioners and other accused attacked the de-facto complainant and her family members. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioner are innocents and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they are in judicial custody from 10.10.2022. Hence, he prays for bail.

CRL OP(MD). No.19820 of 2022 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the injured person in this case is still in hospital. Hence, he strongly opposed to grant bail to them.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured person in this case is still in hospital as stated by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. 6.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. sd/- 09/11/2022 / TRUE COPY / /11/2022 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
