O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the Petitioner's application NO. 2025/N123/24/011408 and 2025/N123/24/011409, dated 18.7.2025 seeking measurement of the property in S.Nos.210/18, 210/20A, 210/20B Samayanallur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District.

2.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent of both parties,the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.A perusal of the typed set of papers would indicate that the Petitioner's application, dated 18.7.2025 in Application No. 2025/N123/24/011409 was submitted by the Petitioner's brother Sahul Hameed in respect of the property in S.No.210/20B. The Petitioner has not filed any petition. Therefore this Court is not 2/6

inclined to issue any direction to consider the application submitted by the Petitioner's brother in Application No. 2025/N123/24/011409.

4.The Petitioner claims right over the property in S.Nos. 210/18 and 210/20A situated at Samayanallur Village, Madurai North Taluk, Madurai District by Gift Deed, dated 22.3.2017 and sale deed, dated 21.4.2017. Patta for the subject property stands in the name of Petitioner in Patta No.7635. He submitted an application seeking survey of the property in Application No. 2025/123/24/11408, dated18.7.2025, The same has not been considered so far. Hence the Petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the relief stated supra. 5.Mrs.K.Malathi, learned Additional Government Pleader who takes notice for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the application submitted by the petitioner will be considered on its own merits within the time stipulated by this Court. 6.In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents 1 and 2 are directed to consider the online application of the Petitioner in Application No.2025/123/24/11408, dated18.7.2025 and pass final orders on 3/6

its own merits after issuing notice to the Petitioner, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties, if any, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of a copy of this order. 7.With the above directions, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
