The Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No. 12 of 2018 on the file of the first respondent police for the offences under Sections 498(A), 406, 354( c), 506(1) of IPC and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act, 2002 and 66A(c ) of Information Technology Act, 2000.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the respondent police has completed investigation and filed final report before the Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and the same has been taken cognizance in E. Court No. 704 of 2020. The statement is recorded.
