O RDER This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent police not to harass the petitioner.

2.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the civil dispute has been converted into a criminal case and basing on the complaint given by the respondent No.3, the police have been harassing the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submits that the respondent No.3 has given a complaint against the petitioner stating that he has collected a sum of Rs.20 lakhs for providing a job in Neiveli and the enquiry is pending and reported that within short time, the enquiry will be completed. 4.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side and on perusal of the records, this Petition is disposed of directing the respondent police to complete the enquiry in respect of a complaint given by the respondent No.3 and dispose of the same as quickly as possible, not later than two weeks 2/4
