This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry. 1/4

2.When the matter came up for hearing, there is no appearance on behalf of the Petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondents 1 and 2 submitted that Current Paper is pending with the Second Respondent.

4.In view of the above submission, the Petitioner is directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Respondents 1 and 2 are also directed to follow the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013

5.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
