(Order of the Court was made by DR.ANITA SUMANTH, J.) Mr.D.Saravanan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has made an endorsement to the effect that the petitioner does not wish to pursue this Writ Petition.

2. At this juncture, Mr.S.P.Maharajan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the official respondents has produced a report filed by the third respondent, dated 30.08.2025 in 2/4

Na.Ka.No.A7/3357/2025. The report is to the effect that there is an enquiry ongoing, at the instance of the private respondents in this writ petition, relating to patta proceedings involving the property in Old S.No. 576/8, New S.No.1163/5, situated at Ariyanayakipuram Village (Mayilappuram), Cheranmahadevi Taluk, Tirunelveli District. Let the writ petitioner be heard prior to the final orders being passed in that enquiry after issue of proper notice.

3. In view of the endorsement so made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid clarification.
