When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner Natarajan has passed away on 03.10.2024 and therefore, seeks permission of this Court to file necessary substitution petition to bring the legal heirs of the petitioner on record. 2.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition.
