ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 29.09.2023 and the requisition submitted by the I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi in D.No.029/2025 dated 08.01.2025, seeking further three months time to dispose of the case in O.S.No.102/2022, this Court made the following Order:

The learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Thoothukudi sent a letter, dated 08.01.2025 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.No.102 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 29.09.2023.

2. Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 08.01.2025, this Court is inclined to extend for another three months time to dispose the said suit. Accordingly, three months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S.No.102 of 2022.
