This contempt petition is filed that the order of this Court in WP(MD) No.16439 of 2021, dated 24.11.2021 has not been complied with.

2.Today(08.12.2023), when this contempt petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Advocate General, assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents submit that the order of this Court has been complied with and the request of this petitioner has been rejected vide proceedings in Na.Ka.7380/A5/2021, dated 01.12.2023 as there is no vacancy for the post of Graduate Teacher(Mathematics) at 2/5

Kanyakumari District. A copy of the proceedings has also been produced before this Court.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to this petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
