2. This Court ordered notice to the respondents on 03.09.2025 and the respondents have entered appearance on 06.10.2025 and 24.10.2025
respectively. However, till date, the respondents have not filed their counter affidavit. Hence, we are inclined to condone the delay.
3. Accordingly, these civil miscellaneous petitions are allowed and the delay of 171 days and 138 days in filing the above writ appeals are condoned.
