O R D E R This petition is filed seeking transfer of investigation from the third respondent to any other police officer in respect of Crime No.20 of 2023, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b) and 324 of IPC.

2.Learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side] submits that the investigation is proceeding in proper lines and within four [4] weeks the charge sheet will be filed.

3.In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate [Crl. Side], this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent police to complete the investigation. However, once investigation is completed then the entire investigation be supervised by the Deputy Superintendent of Police and only on his satisfaction, let the final report be filed before the Court.
