ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL 1/3

OP(MD) No.13186 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.13186 of 2025 on 06/08/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 21 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, it is the case of murder, this petitioner complying the condition only 21 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.13186 of 2025 on 06/08/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.13186 of 2025 on 06/08/2025 is modified as ''the petitioner shall stay at Dindigul and he shall appear and sign before the Inspector of Police, Dindigul Taluk Police Station daily at 10.00a.m. until further orders.'' sd/- 03/09/2025 / TRUE COPY / /2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
