Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instructions would submit that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner has received the arrears of salary from the respondent / Transport Corporation and therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
2. After recording the fact that the petitioner has received the arrears of salary from the respondent / Transport Corporation subsequent to the filing of this writ petition and in view of the fact that the prayer sought for in this writ 2/4
petition has now been achieved, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
