O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 28.08.2024 with regard to the fourth respondent's torture and harassment and other illegal activities and subsequently pass orders on merits and in accordance with law with regard to initiation of legal proceedings.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State would submit that there existed matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and the fourth respondent and that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner CSR.No.535 of 2024 came to be registered and investigation is pending. He would further submit that they have already decided to close the matter as civil dispute.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of. The petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate proceedings in the manner known to law. No costs.
