Mr.T.Senthil Kumar, Additional Public Prosecutor PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec.438 of Cr.P.C PRAYER :-For Anticipatory Bail in Crime No.1469 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter was taken up for hearing on 06.12.2022, there was no representation, on the side of the petitioner and therefore, the matter was posted to 12.12.2022, under the caption 'for dismissal'. On 12.12.2022, when the matter was taken up for hearing, there was no representation on the side of the petitioner and once again the matter was listed today (ie., 02.01.2023). Even today, there is no representation, on the side of the petitioner. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that it is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners have conducted a Diwali Chit and cheated a sum of Rs.70 lakhs from more than 1000 members/victims.
