Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the impugned order of fake patta bearing No.5570 in respect of the property bearing survey No.1029 situated at Silvalarkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District issued by the 3rd respondent to the 6th respondent and consequently restore the old patta bearing no.2718 forthwith. ORDER

This writ petition is filed to call for the impugned order of fraudulent patta bearing No.5570 in respect of the property bearing survey No.1029 situated at Silvalarkulam Village, Alangulam Taluk, Tenkasi District issued by the 3rd respondent to the 6th respondent and consequently restore the old patta bearing no.2718.

2. Considering the fact that for the very same order, the petitioner has availed alternative remedy, the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous.
