PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.12462 of 2025 dated 31.07.2025 and thus render justice. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in CRL OP(MD) No.12462 of 2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.12462 of 2025 on 31/07/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition nearly 25 days regularly.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. However, it is the case of NDPS, this petitioner complying the condition only for 25 days, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.12462 of 2025 on 31/07/2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.12462 of 2025 on 31/07/2025 is modified as ''the petitioners shall report before the respondent police weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.30a.m. until further 2/3

orders.''
